Istanbul University Took Part ln KUNIB Fair

Istanbul University, took part in Caucacia Universities Union (KUNIB) Fair which was held in Kazakhstan’s capital city Bishkek, Damas International Hotel on the 21-22th of May. Nearly 40 Turkish university opened stand in the fair.

IU Department of Press and Public Relations Vice-Dean Assistant Prof. Dr. Umit Sarı and Communication Faculty Member Assistant Prof. Dr. Mesut Aytekin represented the Istanbul University which had been prepared for fair under the coordinatorship of IU Press and Public Relations Directorate.

Throughout the two-day-long fair, alongside introducing Istanbul University in detail to the Kirgiz students, they are given the Istanbul University History Brochure, an introduction CD, a powerbank, an usb and a pen as gift. The students directed their questions mostly on faculties of communication, economics, management and medicine.

The IU Commitee met also the participant universities, exchanged ideas about the projects that can be realised with both Kirgiz and Turkish universities.
