“Aşk-ı Nebi Hilye-i Şerif Karma” Exhibition is on Display in Istanbul University
“Aşk-ı Nebi Hilye-i Şerif Karma” exhibition of Mehmet Çebi, who is a calligraphy collector, is on display in IU Rectorate building exhibition area.
There are Iranian, Egyptian and Syrian ones among the artists to which the works belong apart from Turkish artists. The works of the artists such as Muhammed Cevatzade, İbrahim Halil İslam, Zeynep Saka, Halil Mantık, Ammar Maliki, Ahmet Bursalı, Ali Kar’avi, Avni Nakkaş, Hüseyin Türkmen, Ebubekir Altıok, Ayşe Karakuş, Muzaffer Mahmud, Gürkan Pehlivan, Ganem Al Sahan, Mervan Şuvani, Ziyad Mühendis, Levent Karaduman, Mahmut Faris em Ömeri, İhsan Ahmedi, Said Abuzeroğlu, Nurullah Özden, Abdullah Güllüce are presented to art lovers.
The exhibition of Hilye-i Şerif which is the art of reflecting our Prophet Muhammed and his personality is presented to art lovers in Istanbul University on the occasion of Prophet Muhammed’s 1443rd birthday by limiting the tables in 24 amongst the thousands.
The Chairman of the Council of Higher Education Prof. Dr. M.A. Yekta Saraç, who has come to the university for the conference of “3 Romanian Principality in 200-year historical process: Transylvania, Moldova, Wallachia” also has visited the exhibition in company with IU Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak.
